Jen emailed us from Australia with a request asking us to design a phoenix tattoo for her foot. She had attached a ‘typical’ tribal style of phoenix image as an art reference and given our aversion to more fad orientated tattoo art styles – we searched our archives for a fuller, more stylised design picture. The end result was that of Zane constructing this phoenix design piece with an aspect of ornamental flow. The tattoo design was free-handed on and then applied to Jen’s foot.
Monique’s Ornamental Tattoo Design
July 21st, 2010 | Posted in Featured Work

Monique came into our Studio and wanted a Tattoo Cover Up to fully obscure an old tribal Tattoo design.

This is Monique’s original Tribal Tattoo that she was dissatisfied with.

After an initial Consultation and Art Brainstorming session, Monique decided to follow Zane’s artistic recommendation of having a classy, feminine Ornamental Tattoo design constructed . This image shows how the design piece has been freehanded on to cover the old Tattoo.

This is another angle of the finished Ornamental Tattoo design.
