Dan’s Oriental Koi Fish Tattoo Design

Dan came into our studio here at Zealand Tattoo, with the idea of having the Metallica “Justice for All” album cover tattooed on his arm. For those who aren't familiar with this image it is the Statue of Liberty holding justice scales which signifies the balance between good and evil, life and death etc. After an initial Consultation and Art Brainstorming session, Zane recommended that we approach the piece as an Oriental style tattoo design.

The design has a tree on the upper arm area, in Autumn colours that represents dying or the death side of the cycles of life.
